As a Junior Construction Manager, you will support experienced project managers in the realization of our construction projects and gradually grow into more responsibility. Tasks:

• Support in planning, tendering, organizing, and executing projects
• Responsibility and supervision of projects in cooperation with an experienced construction manager or the project management
• Inspection and acceptance of installation services and incoming materials for completeness and quality
• Timely organization, execution, and monitoring of construction site processes
• Cost monitoring and invoice review for individual trades

Skills:

• Passion and enthusiasm for organizing and managing construction projects
• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or as a construction technician
• Initial professional experience desirable
• Strong communication skills, social competence, teamwork, entrepreneurial thinking, and cost awareness
• Independent and responsible working style, customer-oriented and goal-driven, with negotiation skills

As a Senior Construction Manager, you will take responsibility for the implementation of our construction projects on site and manage the entire process from tendering to handover. Tasks:

• Development of design and implementation planning (phases 1–5) in cooperation with project management
• Preparation of documents for building permits and execution planning
• Timely handling of design inquiries
• Ensuring and optimizing quality standards

Skills:

• Passion and enthusiasm for organizing and implementing construction projects with the highest standards of design and professionalism
• Degree in architecture
• At least two years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of building and planning regulations
• Committed, structured, and independent working style
• Proficiency in CAD programs, preferably Archicad
• Knowledge of representation techniques and visualization

• Good English skills
