Purpose and type of data storage
We collect and store personal data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) GDPR in order to:
- fulfil our contractual obligations towards you,
- identify you as a client,
- provide appropriate advice,
- meet legal obligations,
- correspond with you,
- issue invoices and, if necessary, carry out dunning procedures,
- conduct permissible direct marketing,
- assert any claims against you.
To do so, we require data such as your first and last name, address, email address, telephone number, possibly date of birth or bank details, and all information necessary to fulfil the contract with you.
We assure you that your data will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws.
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect the data we manage against manipulation, loss, destruction, and unauthorized access. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological development. Please note, however, that data transmission over the internet (e.g., communication via email) may have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Our website may contain links to external websites to which this privacy policy does not apply.
Duration of data storage
We store your data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:
- for the purpose of contract execution and for asserting or defending civil law claims arising from contractual and legal obligations until the end of the year following the expiry of the limitation period of all mutual claims,
- for direct marketing by email or post until the end of our business relationship,
- and for as long as storage is legally required or necessary to honour any objection to advertising.
Disclosure to third parties
Your personal data will generally not be disclosed to third parties. Exceptions apply only where necessary for the execution of contractual relationships with you. This includes in particular the disclosure to service providers bound to confidentiality or bound by a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Any further disclosure or transmission of your personal data takes place only if required by law or a final court judgment.

Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, Objection, Data Portability
In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to receive comprehensive information at any time regarding the personal data stored about you.
In accordance with Art. 16–18 GDPR, you may at any time request rectification, erasure, or restriction of specific personal data.
Under Art. 20 GDPR, you also have the right to data portability.
